Shipping Policy
Tropical Suds LLC is not liable for any packages lost or stolen in transit via USPS. Please file a claim with https://www.usps.com/help/refunds.htm to receive order inquires or refunds. Upon the arrival or your package, you as the customer is responsible to retreive your order in a timely fashion to avoid package being stolen.
Missing items: if your package is missing any items, you have 24 hrs upon package arrival to email tropicalsuds2020@gmail.com with a picture of what you received, packing slip, and shipping label to be considered for investigation on that order.
Tropical Suds LLC. is not responsible for any packages sent to the wrong address. It is your responsibility as the customer to double check and input the correct addresses during checkout. If you input the incorrect address you have 24 hours to contact us at tropicalsuds2020@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.
We do not accept any cancellations after products have been shipped, you have a minimum of 24hrs after order has been placed to request cancellation. We try are best to keep shipping times fast, if your order has been packed and is still in our possession when you request cancellation, you will be refunded minus the shipping cost.
Due to the nature of our products there will be no exchanges or returns, all sales are final.
Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (Mon-Fri) excluding weekends and holidays.
